While we’re working to get your postage rate right on checkout, some big items might have extra charges that can’t be sent through Australia Post.

We’ll get in touch to give you a quote for courier service, and sometimes we’ll need a business or work address.

This is for items larger than 20 kg or longer than 50 cm that need a forklift, pallet or lift truck. For example, an air conditioner or lithium battery that needs to be transported by road.

If you’re not happy with our quote, we can simply refund your order in full.
